The hotel provided great prices. Everything was great, easy location right by other areas, restaurant and Fort Smith, nice experience. The room was pet-friendly - really enjoyed the large bathroom. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the staff was very nice.

My stay lasted 3 nights, and I was shocked by the black mold in the bathroom and the broken toilet seat that made my husband fall. We had a dirty towel in our room too. I won’t be returning.

Other rooms had their own issues, like broken toilets, stained sheets, and the lingering smell of smoke despite being booked as non-smoking. There are reports of overall poor maintenance and general uncleanliness, which could really dampen anyone's spirits.
